Yes, we have sent 100 Ark to our friend Jarunik, a trusted community member, as collateral, which can be verified by this transaction ID. If we do not pay the winner their deserved prize, Jarunik will step up use the collateral.
The prize is the total ammount of Ark we collect by selling the lottery tickets. If all the tickets are sold, the prize will be 100 Ark, however if 50 tickers are sold, the prize will be 50 Ark.
